Where does the game data come from?
All game data is sourced from publicly available APIs including the Steam Store API, Steam Web API, SteamSpy, and Twitch API. We aggregate and present this data in a unified interface to make game discovery easier.
How often is the data updated?
Game data including player counts, Twitch viewers, and review scores is refreshed multiple times throughout the day. New releases and game details are updated as they become available on Steam.
Can I buy games on PlayNext?
No, PlayNext is a discovery platform only. When you're ready to purchase or play a game, we link you directly to the official Steam store page. We don't process any transactions.
A game is missing or has incorrect data. What should I do?
Our database is continuously growing. If you notice missing or incorrect game information, please reach out via email or open an issue on our GitHub repository and we'll look into it.
Is PlayNext free to use?
Yes, PlayNext is completely free. We sustain the platform through non-intrusive advertising. There are no premium tiers, paywalls, or hidden costs.
